Checked out the River today water temp starting to come up in
the low 60's.
Lots of boats around the Point Pleasant End of the canal, some
small blues

May 15th 2018
Went and checked out a few of my favorite spots on the River,
and Bam!. First fish a nice health 21" fluke. He wrent back in,
will get him when season opens. |
 |

May 25th opening day
Fished upper River on outgoing tied lots of action early on 15
or so shorts and one keeper, action slowed as the tied went
slack.

September 5th: Still good size fluke in the river , Action
slowed down after the heavy blow action, still some nice fish,
have to work hard to find one like this 24'' 5 lbs 8 oz river
fluke. |

Still good size fluke in the river , lots of action tons of
shorts and four nice keepers. |
 |

| August 13, 2015:
Hade a good NW wind today had two customer on a 1/2 day charter, lots of
shorts and 4 nice keepers, my numbers on the Klondike ! |

| July 13, 2015:
Weather very windy and the water cooled down a little, lots of
action with shorts and the two nice keepers from the river |
 |

|
May 24, 2015: Weather and water have warmed up, lots of boat
traffic in the river, no keepers again lot of shorts |

| May 23, 2015:
Weather and water temperature still cool, had to run around to
find the keepers, two different type of Gulp! but, two nice
keepersall on hte high hook |
 |
|
| May 17, 2015:
Although the air teperature was high the water cooled off allot.
Took longer to find the blues,, but we did, good action again,
just futher up river where the water temp was warmer |
